Q: I’ve got pop ups! What do I do?

A: We’ve all seen these annoying advertisements “pop-up” on our computer. This is but one of the symptoms that spyware or malware may have been installed on your computer. Clean-up time varies from as little as 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours; but in some worst case scenarios, it is faster to simply backup your data and reload the operating system from scratch.
